TICA Meet & Greet – March 25th
The next Tropic Isle Meet & Greet is on Monday, March 25th from 5:00-7:00PM at Crazy Uncle Mike’s located at 6450 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton, just south of Tropic Isle.
Enjoy Happy Hour prices, appetizers and the opportunity to meet some new neighbors! There is no cost to attend. TICA will provide assorted appetizers, while attendees will be responsible for their own bar tab and gratuity. You can also stay for dinner – with or without a reservation. We hope you will come out and meet some of your neighbors.
We’re glad you are here! Tropic Isle is a prestigious waterfront community located just east of Federal Highway
and immediately south of Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach.
Our community consists of 430 single family homes situated on deep water canals that feed into the intracoastal waterway system. This means no fixed bridges for our boating residents and easy access to either the Boynton Beach Inlet to the north or the Boca Raton Inlet to the south.
The Tropic Isle Civic Association is a voluntary organization with dues of only $50 per household per year. The community consists of newly constructed luxury waterfront estates and older Florida style homes with a price range to fit many budgets.
Tropic Isle is a diverse neighborhood with varied interests and people from all over the world adding to the allure of this beautiful community.
We are situated close to all the conveniences of our modern day society such as fine dining, shopping, upscale grocers, entertainment, every day amenities and more.
